Sophie is a 26 year-old professional dancer, teacher, choreographer, and performer from Wicklow. With 20 years of experience in the dance community and six years as a full-time teacher, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for dance. In 2022, she completed a diploma in Dance Technique, Choreography, and Performance with distinctions, and has since applied her skills across various styles, including Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Musical Theatre. Hip Hop and commercial are her favourite styles and she loves creating fun, exciting routines that give us a taste of what the professional world is like!

Some of her recent credits include: Eurovisions Eurosong contest (2024) - choreographer for JYellowl and Toshin.

Performed on RTE's The Late Late Show. Europa League Final Performer (2024) - performed to an audience of 60,000 at the Aviva in Dublin.
