TAUGHT BY JESS CAREW
MONDAY: 8:15PM-9:30PM
Classes are an athletic, release based class designed to get your whole body moving and sweating!
Class will focus on finding articulations throughout the body, with particular attention to the spine, paired with dynamism and fluidity.
Along with learning new skills, each class offers the opportunity for the dancer to explore, adapt, and evolve hand in hand with the movement.
Each class structure will include a full body warm up including guided improvisation, body strength and conditioning, floor based techniques and some fun different choreography every week!
This full bodied, feel good, sweat sesh will get the blood pumping while grooving to some hot tunes!
Class is always first and foremost for you, so suggestions and requests to tailor the class are always welcome. I encourage a positive environment with a creative and inspiriting atmosphere, to ensure everyone feels safe and eager to explore, learn and share.
The next term starts April 28th and runs for 9 weeks.
