Thrive Dance?
Thrive Dance is a structured, uplifting dance and movement programme designed especially for older adults.
Every class blends:

Programme creator Ríonach O’Neill brings a strong background in dance, anatomy, ageing and movement safety, including:
• BA (Hons) in Professional Dance – specialised research on ageing and dementia
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation principles
• QQI Level 5 Personal Training qualification with expertise in older adult exercise
• International teaching experience developing movement programmes for older adults
